Shipping Policy

Shipping availability and timing operate under these terms: we ship only to destinations offered during checkout. Most orders enter fulfillment within 1–2 business days. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 2–4 business days, but carrier timing is not guaranteed. Any free-shipping eligibility and the final delivery charge are determined by the live checkout.

Correct delivery information is essential to fulfillment: please supply an accurate recipient name, complete street and unit information, email address, and phone number. Tracking details are sent when the carrier provides them. Once fulfillment starts, an address change may no longer be possible, and extra costs caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information may remain the customer's responsibility.

If a delivery exception occurs, this process applies: weather, carrier capacity, access restrictions, regional limits, and other events outside our control can delay a parcel. Contact us promptly about a missing shipment or a delivery scan for a parcel that cannot be found. If transit damage is visible, retain both the item and packaging and send clear photographs or video for review, carrier investigation, and an appropriate resolution.
